Murphy's Holiday Laws

    Murphy has done it again!  Here's an updated version of "Murphy's Holiday Laws" from the same people who brought you the original, "If anything can go wrong it will," Murphy Law.  Hold on, because here we go:

• The time it takes to find a parking space is inversely proportional to the amount of time you have to spend.
  

• The more expensive a breakable gift is, the better your chances of dropping it
  

• The other check-out line always moves faster.
  

• Unassembled toys will have twice as many screws as you expect and some will always be left over, making you wonder what's left out.

     And come to think of it ... Murphy might have been an optimist!
